She said I think it's something we need to look at right away, like today. She finished with my daughter, numbed my forehead and very skillfully opened a small area. What she found was just amazing. It was a tumour. And not just any tumor. This tumor had legs and was spreading out along my forehead. She told made she would do her best to get all of it out so I wouldn't have to have any more scaring than need be. That was over a decade ago. The tumour never returned and you cant see any type of scar at all on my forehead. If she had not been so highly trained and missed that it could have grown into my bones and become extremely serious. I trust her with my whole family. We have Kaiser but for any skin problems, moles, pimples, rashes, we come to Dr Galliher. She keeps us all healthy and that is worth every thing to me. I said sure.  So she looks and says she didn't like what she saw and that she felt it was important to open up the sight. And I thank God every day  that she did.  It turned out to be a large fast growing tumor! That was over twelve years ago and it never grew back. She got it all the first time.  And I dare you to find the tiny scar!! I've been seeing her at least three or four times a year. Even though we have Kaiser, my grown children and I still trust her to care for our skin from head to toe. It's a comfort that I never have to worry about some Dr missing a dangerous mole. Just last month I had the privilege of her expertise for an unfortunate capillary growth that developed on my upper lip.  Thanks to an over abundance of hormones due to my current pregnancy, 95% of pregnant women who develop these benign growths go away on their own.  I happen to fall in the later 5% that needed to have a procedure done to remove the growth.  She wisely suggested given the size and location of the growth, that I go to a plastic surgeon.  Dr. Gallacher gave me a wonderful referral to Dr. Atteran located in the Victorian Buildings on San Ramon Valley Blvd.

This was truly a blessing.  Once Dr. Atteran began the procedure, he quickly realized there was muscle damage that he needed to correct as to prevent the growth from reoccurring.  Not only is the unattractive growth gone, but I have absolutely no scaring either!!!  His exact words were, "That Dr. Gallacher was a smart lady to send you to me."  And I couldn't agree more!

Thank you Thank you Dr. Gallacher!  Not only do I have my original lips back, but now the first pictures I take with my newborn son will not include any evidence of this procedure.

If you are considering any procedure concerning your face, I highly recommend Dr. Gallacher. read less

Then a friend referred me to Dr. Gallacher for fillers and I loved how she fixed my nasolabial folds with Restylane, they disappeared and I loved the result. I told her I was afraid of Botox because of how badly my eyebrows looked and she explained what happened with my past results: The other Docs did improper placement of the Botox injections.
