There are many advantages to the non-surgical nose job using dermal fillers. Other advantages are the ability to improve the appearance of bumps, dents, hollowness or indentations on the nose. Corrections can be made to an asymmetric (crooked) nose, a flat bridge or droopy tip. There are several types of fillers that can effect a noticeable difference with this procedure. Perhaps one of the most compelling advantages is that the effects are reversible! As with all hyaluronic acid gel fillers, the body metabolizes it with time. If the procedure is performed using Voluma and a patient dislikes the results for any reason, Dr. Gallacher can reverse the effects. Voluma degrades with an injection of the enzyme hyaluronidase.

The Non-Surgical Nose Job procedure usually only takes 15 to 30 minutes. Depending on the dermal filler product that’s right for your concerns and skin, the results will last about 6 months to 2 years!  The filler will naturally and gradually be broken down by the body, leaving no trace behind. There is virtually no downtime with the non-surgical nose job. Patients may experience some swelling, bruising, or tenderness (especially at the tip of the nose), but these side effects are mild and last only 3 or 4 days.
